City Hall

City Hall was purchased by the Fundy Harbour Group in late 2018 and has since undergone some major changes. From a renovation of the City of Saint John’s new space on floors 1-4 to exterior upgrades to a major energy efficiency project, this building is on its way to reclaiming its spot as the premier commercial building in Saint John.

This is the first time this building has been owned by a local company since it was first built in the 1970s.

A major renovation of the Shoppes of City Hall level is currently underway.  The major changes include: a brand new main entrance from Chipman Hill Street, new elevator lobbies, two medical clinics, and new high-quality lighting, flooring and finishes throughout.  See renderings below of the new look.
