Emerging Leader Award: Chris Elias
Congratulations to our Vice President of Development, Chris Elias, on receiving the 2025 Pinnacle Award for Emerging Leader. This award recognizes Chris’s vision, energy, and day-to-day leadership at Fundy Harbour Group, as well as his ongoing dedication to revitalizing the Saint John waterfront. His work reflects a deep belief in the potential of our region and a drive to deliver real, lasting change through thoughtful, community-focused development.
Innovation Award
We’re also honoured to receive the 2025 Pinnacle Award for Innovation, recognizing the exceptional work of our Facilities and Maintenance Team, led by Charles Holleran, at our 15 Market Square office tower.
This award celebrates a pioneering cooling system upgrade that pushes the boundaries of what’s typically possible in similar commercial buildings. By leveraging a water-side economizer in a new and more integrated way, the team implemented a series of coordinated improvements that, together, form a novel and highly effective solution.
